Your Role – Panel Beater Inspect and confirm all received parts are correct and defect-free Disassemble and reassemble vehicles to OEM standards Complete all repairs in line with job sheets, estimates, and repair methods Care for every vehicle, tool, and piece of equipment as if it were your own Follow OH&S and PPE policies to maintain a safe, high-performing environment What We’re Looking For Qualified and experienced Panel Beater (essential) Detail-oriented with pride in your workmanship Safety-focused and professional in all that you do Team player who enjoys being part of a positive, growth-driven workplace Ready to Take the Next Step If you’re passionate about your trade, committed to excellence, and want to be part of a team that values your talent — you’ll love it here at Bellarine Smash Repairs.
