We provide high-quality residential and commercial painting services across Sydney. With increasing client demand, we are seeking a reliable and skilled full-time Painter to join our team. About the Role We are looking for an experienced Painter who can carry out all aspects of painting and decorating work, both interior and exterior. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes, ensuring works are completed on time and maintaining safe work practices at all times. Key Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and repairing cracks or holes Apply paint, varnish, stains, sealers, and protective coatings Mix and match paint colours to achieve required finishes Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Carry out masking, priming, and undercoating Ensure a clean and safe work environment Follow WHS requirements and company procedures Work on residential and commercial properties Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Requirements: Relevant Qualification At least 1 year of full-time painting experience Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools Ability to prepare surfaces and complete high-quality finishes Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team White Card preferred Valid driver's licence is an advantage What We Offer: Competitive salary of $70,000-$80,000 per year super Full-time stable employment Supportive team environment Opportunities to work on diverse projects across Sydney : How to Apply: 11 Recruitment is your pathway to securing this exciting opportunity.
