Nightly Stats: Compile and report nightly statistics to support operational decision-making and improvements. Awareness of rostering requirements, and the ability to promptly inform if any gaps need to be filled Qualifications: Proven experience in a medical administrative role. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Proficient IT skills and keen attention to detail are essential Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
