Description About Gowrie NSW OSHC – Blacktown South Gowrie NSW is a not-for-profit organisation committed to providing safe, play-based environments where children can thrive. This role is Full-time, Monday to Friday , with split shift availability during the school term and straight shifts during vacation care. Your Impact Your leadership will inspire and guide our Educators, supporting them to deliver exceeding practices through coaching, direction and encouragement. Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential as you work closely with school representatives, children and their families. As the Nominated Supervisor , you will also be responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining exceeding practices and managing the service’s administrative and budgetary requirements. Most importantly, your genuine passion for supporting children and the team that supports them will leave a lasting impact on our community.
