About the Role To be successful in this role, you will: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the Agency's facilities to ensure a secure and functional working environment. Manage and respond to all facilities-related requests via inbox, verbal communication, or ServiceNow within two business days. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding facility-related issues and resolutions. Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet environmental, health, and safety regulations. Coordinate and maintain emergency management processes, including registration, compliance monitoring, and preparation of status reports and documentation. Support security-related works to protect Agency assets and personnel. The key duties of the position include Experience in facilities management and overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the Agency's facilities to ensure a secure and functional working environment. Knowledge of WHS requirements and compliance. Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with systems like ServiceNow. A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
