Operations Manager - Community & Aged Care Services Permanent Full-Time | Goulburn Our client is seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys being actively involved in the day-to-day operations and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. About the Role As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple regions, leading teams to achieve excellence in care, compliance, and operational outcomes. This is a leadership role where you will drive performance, mentor staff, and ensure programs meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with senior management to implement strategic goals and foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continual improvement. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Care Manager or similar professional looking to step into a broader leadership role.
