About the work unit / facility Charters Towers Health Service is a level 3 CSCF rural hospital with 23 beds, emergency services, and ambulatory care. Our team delivers essential operational services including laundry, catering, cleaning, and porterage to support high-quality patient care in a dynamic rural setting. About your opportunity As an Operational Services Officer, you will provide essential support in laundry, catering, cleaning, and porterage services. This role is based in the Laundry and requires flexibility to assist across operational areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and service delivery. Requirements * Ability to perform physical tasks and operate laundry and cleaning equipment safely. * Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team. * Commitment to infection control and workplace health and safety standards. * Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and compliance with VPD requirements. * A probationary period may apply.
