Synergie is seeking Waste offsiders for our industry-leading waste management client, located in Hillsdale, NSW . The important parts: Tenure: Initial 3-Month Casual Duration with possibility of extension Start Time: Monday to Friday – 5:00AM to 1:00PM (Flexibility required for overtime and occasional weekend shifts) Pay Rate: $36.70 per hour Start: Immediate Start for the right candidate What you will be required to do: A Summary of the role Collect kerbside rubbish and recycling bins across designated streets Sort waste into nominated sections of the collection vehicle Unload waste vehicles at depot or other facilities Assist with general vehicle cleaning and basic maintenance Represent the company professionally and deliver high-quality customer service To be successful in the role you will: Work Ethic & Safety Be reliable with a strong commitment to turning up on time Follow all safety protocols and show initiative on the job Be physically fit and capable of manual outdoor labour Technical Awareness Mechanical aptitude (advantageous) Prior experience in the waste industry (desirable but not essential) Customer Service Maintain a positive, professional approach with customers and the public Requirements Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Long sleeve top Long drill pants High-vis top Steel capped boots Whats on offer for you: As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly payrun, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care.
