Part of the broader Procare Group, we are an ever-growing national business of over 25 years. The Position We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join our growing team. You'll have the autonomy to choose your preferred mix of occupational rehabilitation and/or NDIS clinical work, with this hybrid role, reporting to both a primary and secondary supervisor. We offer flexible working hours and we are looking for candidates interested in a full-time position based in our Penrith/Paramatta offices. Relocation assistance is available. The Role: Manage new referrals for functional assessments, liaising with injured people, health professionals, and insurers, to support recovery. Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to work towards client goals and outcomes. Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments and reports. Oversee the delivery and implementation of equipment and home modifications. Use clinical skills and professional judgement to develop participant-centred goals tailored to each client. Collaborate with experienced Occupational Therapists and allied health professionals to ensure timely, high-quality support for clients.
