Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking for a fulfilling opportunity to support children in need? Our client is a not-for-profit organization providing support under the NDIS to children from 0-12 years of age. They are a not-for-profit organization with decades of experience supporting children and their families on the Mornington Peninsula area. They aim to ensure children are active participants in all aspects of family and community life during the early years and into the future. Options to purchase and additional two weeks on Annual Leave How you will be supported: Strong focus on work-life balance and self-care One-to-one support from Senior Therapists and Team Leaders Generous professional development with 5 days time allowance per annum Reduced caseload and access to coaching, mentoring, and 1:1 discipline-specific supervision Genuine commitment to your growth and development About the role: See some clients from their clinic in Mornington but predominantly working from clients homes and schools in the area Work with a varied paediatric caseload alongside a multi-disciplinary team Conduct assessments and provide therapy to meet the needs of children in various areas Have the opportunity to work on-site at our purpose-built facility or within the child's natural environment Provide support in person or via Telehealth Requirements: Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy Occupational Therapy Board of Australia registration (AHPRA) Current Driver's License and vehicle Interested in this position?
