What You’ll Be Doing - Deliver therapy in homes, schools, the community, and our therapy spaces. - Work closely with families to build capacity and achieve meaningful outcomes. - Develop and implement therapy plans under supervision and with regular mentoring. - Collaborate with Speech Pathologists, Intervention Teachers, and Support Workers to provide holistic support. - Document progress and outcomes in line with NDIS requirements. How We Support You - Regulat clinical supervision with an experienced OT. - Joint visits & shadowing opportunities so you learn in real settings. - Structured onboarding with time to build your caseload gradually. - Regular team mentoring – with staff who have decades of experience in the disability sector and can support you both within and beyond your OT role. - Professional Development (PD) to access external training. - Leadership pathways – as you grow in your profession, opportunities to step into senior roles and guide others.
