Job Classification Profession: Occupational Therapist Job Type: Contract (Subcontractor) Pay: $100 – $120 per hour Location: All Melbourne VIC (mobile & community-based) Start: Flexible Business Type: Disability Support Provider Responsibilities Deliver person-centred occupational therapy services to NDIS participants Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and write progress reports Prescribe assistive technology, mobility aids, and minor home modifications Provide therapy to support self-care, learning, mobility, and independence Collaborate with Allied Health Assistants and other professionals as required Liaise with participants, families, and support coordinators to achieve goals Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with NDIS standards Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy Current AHPRA registration ABN and Professional Indemnity/Public Liability Insurance NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check Minimum 1 year of OT experience (NDIS experience preferred) Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework and disability sector Ability to work independently and manage flexible caseloads Why Join Us?
