We’re looking for skilled OAI Planning Manager to help personnel meet the develop and maintain integrated operations plans that align operational capacity, staffing, inventory flow, and resource deployment with Defence and strategic requirements Based at Collins Street in Melbourne Vic , you’ll act as a critical bridge supporting Senior Manager Operations Planning and focusing on the coordination and execution of Operations, Activities and Investments (OAI) Support Services and Customer Requirements Gathering and Planning Services. How you’ll make the right impact As a OAI Planning Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our Defence logistics operations run efficiently and in line with contract expectations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will: Support DWDSS contract from CRGPS and OAISS perspectives, ensuring efficient delivery of services and compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards Attend governance and command meetings at the contractual level in accordance with governance structure Review, develop/update and implement effective process, systems, practices and policies at a strategic level related to CRGPS and OAISS that drive efficiency including driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives Perpetuate a positive, proactive, team-based culture with a focus on providing effective coaching and feedback What you’ll bring We’re looking for motivated professionals who bring: Experience in complex network supply chain, logistics network, or Defence supply chain environments Must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for (and maintain) an Australian AGSVA Defence Security Clearance Experience with operations forecasting, capacity planning, and project coordination Proficiency in planning and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Project, ERP/WMS systems) Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail and experience in data-driven decision making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with personnel at all levels, within and external to Toll Strong problem solving, financial, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills Eligibility to make the grade To apply for this role, you must: Be an Australian Citizen. Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline Be eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Defence Security Clearance (Baseline or higher).
