We strive to deliver care as it should be – with people right at the centre. About the role We are seeking a highly motivated Nursing Manager to lead our Home Care Nursing team. This position is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, operational management and clinical governance of nursing services within Baptcare’s Home Care function. A core responsibility of this role is to drive the growth and expansion of nursing services, identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships to broaden reach and impact’ Key Duties and Responsibilities Leading high performing teams. Drive innovation and implement service improvements based on data and best practice. Understand clinical governance, risk management and legislation compliance. Manage budgets, resources and service delivery in line with organisation values and strategic goals. Engage effectively with clients, staff and stakeholders About you To be successful in this role, you will need the following: Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Extensive nursing experience in aged care and community-based services Experience in managing service delivery teams Current Australian drivers licence and own reliable, insured vehicle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills For You Baptcare is focused on living our values, not just talking about them.
