Job Description We are currently looking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our Front Office team. As a Night Receptionist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours, providing excellent customer service to guests and handling financial transactions accurately. Key Responsibilities Include: Perform accurate and efficient check-ins and check-outs for guests arriving or departing during the night shift Conduct nightly audits to reconcile and balance all hotel transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records Prepare and distribute daily reports summarising hotel operations during the night shift Monitor and respond to any emergency situations or security issues that may arise Collaborate with other departments to communicate relevant information and ensure a seamless transition between shifts Assist guest with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Hotel facilities and features Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests
