The Recruitment People provide Recruitment and HR Solutions. We’ve partnered with a well-established company specialising in the trade service industry, to both commercial and domestic customers. They are seeking an experienced Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join their Domestic Service department, ensuring smooth scheduling, administration, and stakeholder management across residential projects. The Role This is a full-time, permanent position (7am – 4pm) joining a small team of two. Duties are varied with at least 50% of the work being scheudling using Simpro, with the remainder focused on administration, stakeholder communication, and ensuring the department runs smoothly. You will be responsbilble for the scheduling of the residential job orders, making day to day decisions to ensure jobs are scheduled and delivered efficiently. Working closely with all stakeholders, including residential builders and installers. Key Responsibilities Ensuring the servicing workflow is well managed in line with timelines. Coordinate and schedule installation jobs using SimPRO Liaise with residential builders, installers, and internal staff to ensure projects progress on time Other admin duties such as compliance items, invoicing, payment follow-up, and project-related administration Order parts and materials as required to support job completion Maintain accurate records and keep SimPRO updated with changes and progress Handle phone and email correspondence with professionalism, ensuring strong communication between all parties Contribute to process improvement and team efficiency About You Demonstrated experience in service coordination / scheduling is essential within a relevant industry. (Eg construction/trades/installation industry highly regarded) Experienced and strong project administration skills Prior use of SimPRO or similar job management software (preferred) Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and make decisions independently Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Confident in overseeing others and taking responsibility for smooth departmental outcomes Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Reliable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment This scheduling role within the Domestic Service team, offering stability and is a busy environment.
