Responsibilities Expected Contributions: Business projects support for Sales function, supporting major grocery accounts. Business Plan KPI tracking including compliance reporting, in-store visibility targets’ gap analysis, sales performance Full ownership of customer promotional briefs process working with the sales and marketing team Assist with New Product Development project management Accountability for regular sales data report automation Ad hoc ANZ team support across key account managers, category and trade marketing Key Responsibilities: Sell, engage, and implement Joint Business Plans with the customer to deliver net sales, contribution margin, value share & in-store visibility targets Preparation for range reviews, presentations, and execution with the customer Prepare and support in customer negotiations Develop strong and lasting business partnerships Ensure continued growth through driving sales and managing spend Establish Duracell as preferred supplier with selected customers Accountable for developing and winning in-store visibility plans as well as sales fundamentals improvements (shelf, display, mailer) Work with Category Team to deliver tailored plans for our marketing initiatives Share and leverage best in class projects / results among peers / teams Serve as the key account manager for customer groups under the supervision of the Category & Marketing, Sales Senior Manager ANZ. Qualifications 5 years of work experience in a similar role in FMCG industry Experience in trade spend management and Trade Marketing Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Intermediate/Advanced level) Is able to generate reports and have good math and analytical skills Demonstrate very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail Possesses great presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders Consistently demonstrate ethical behaviors and integrity beyond reproach Demonstrates ownership and strong business acumen Planning, organizing and hands on excellent execution Good problem solving and decision-making skills (amidst ambiguity) Passion & stamina to go the long haul in a fast-growing market Is open-minded and demonstrates a “can do” approach. Is resourceful and inventive Demonstrates the ability to deliver on objectives, across functions and in challenging circumstances Display high level of resilience under internal & external pressure Avid and humble learner
