The Role & Responsibilities We are looking for a FULL TIME Supervisors for a multi functionable role working across all departments, who are outgoing, hardworking and ambitious that wish to share our vision of reconnecting people to the joys of food! Our goal is to build teams of enthusiastic experts that love working for us and offer our loyal customers something special. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and address the needs of customers and your team ! Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well stocked Maintain accurate department signage and pricing Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case Maintain back stock in good order Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures Skills and Attributes: Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with our customers Team player, coordination is key as working together is imperative for success Flexible availability, it's a busy shop across 7 days!
