About Trupeer: At Trupeer, we’re all about making IT seamless and human. We help Managed Service Providers (MSPs) leverage Kaseya to streamline operations, elevate client experiences, and grow their businesses. Through the Trupeer program — built on more than a decade of MSP training and peer learning from TruMethods — we empower MSPs to close more deals, boost retention, command higher prices, and scale smarter. We’re growing quickly and need someone who can roll up their sleeves, welcome new MSP partners with confidence, and bring a little marketing sparkle along the way. The Role: As our MSP Concierge , you’ll be the first friendly face new MSP customers meet. You’ll guide them through onboarding into the Trupeer ecosystem, helping them feel confident with Kaseya and connected to the broader MSP community. You’ll also partner with the marketing team to share success stories, build engagement, and keep the Trupeer brand front of mind across our network.
