Description We are looking for a confident and collaborative MRI Supervisor to join our team at a busy private hospital site, this will be a Full-Time opportunity providing emergency, inpatient and outpatient services. In your leadership role, you will act as a key resource for the team, contributing to a culture of collaboration, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and technical quality. Role requirements: Overseeing the daily workflow of the MRI department, working closely with hospital departments Supporting and mentoring the MRI team Scanning across a wide range of studies (including active device patients) Co-ordinating and participating in the on-call roster Managing inpatient and emergency scheduling Maintaining a positive, team-focused work culture What we're looking for: Minimum 5 years' MRI experience Experience in scanning active cardiac and neurostimulator devices Strong understanding of Siemens platforms MRI Cardiac experience is desirable (training will be provided if needed) Strong technical competence and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A collaborative approach and the ability to work well under pressure ASMIRT Level 1 accreditation Post graduate MRI qualification Please note, you will hold appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography will have a current AHPRA Registration and must hold a Level 1 ASMIRT accreditation.
