Sydney location Permanent Full-time opportunity Flexible and hybrid working arrangements Stunning new offices in CBD close to all major transport hubs About the role Tourism Australia is a SaaS-first organisation, operating a modern, fully cloud-based technology ecosystem. We are seeking a dynamic Cloud Platform Specialist to join the Technology team, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This Level 3 role is accountable for the technical stewardship and continuous enhancement of our core internal productivity platforms, including Microsoft D365 CRM. Your focus will be on driving platform maturity and enhancing business processes within the Microsoft CRM platform. This is a highly autonomous role requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic governance, and commercial judgement. This role is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Sydney office. You will be responsible for: Defining, delivering, and managing the CRM platform, focusing on system improvements and business enhancements Assisting with maintaining roadmaps, and oversight of day-to-day project activities Consulting with stakeholders to refine processes for continuous business process improvement Troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues and provide advanced knowledge transfer to first-level support staff Liaising with vendors, ensuring service alignment and exploring new features Contributing to change initiatives and staff adoption efforts for new technologies Monitoring and enhancing application performance including managing application upgrades and infrastructure changes Establishing data governance practices within supported applications About you Degree in Computing Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience with the IT industry Experience in Microsoft CRM, Power Platform Admin, and Configuration Experience delivering projects through a project management framework Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to lead and drive outcomes autonomously Comprehensive requirements gathering and analysis skills Ability to manage time, priorities and communication with stakeholders Experience in vendor relationship and performance management Proficient in resolving complex technical issues and assisting junior staff Willingness to be flexible with working hours as part of a multinational organisation Preferred experience in Make.com automation and Monday.com About us Tourism Australia is the Australian Government agency responsible for attracting international visitors to Australia, both for leisure and business events.
