About the Company An exciting opportunity has become available for a Marketing Coordinator to join a leading custom home builder based in Western Sydney. You'll be joining a well-established business known for delivering beautifully designed, high-quality custom homes across Sydney. With a strong reputation and consistent growth, they're now looking for a driven and organised marketing professional to step into this key role - with the opportunity to progress into a Marketing Executive / Team Lead position in the near future. The Role Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll work as part of a small marketing team consisting of another Marketing Coordinator and a Graphic Designer. You'll coordinate marketing campaigns, digital content, and events to strengthen brand presence and support lead generation efforts. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives Monitor social media platforms Support the creation of marketing collateral in collaboration with the Graphic Designer Assist with events, photoshoots, and community activations Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports Maintain brand consistency across all channels Liaise with internal departments, sales, and external suppliers About You: 2-3 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Assistant role (ideally within property, construction, interior design or related industries) An eye for interiors is favourable Proactive and adaptable - comfortable taking ownership of tasks and deadlines Ambition to grow into a Marketing Executive / Team Lead role What's on Offer: $85K - $90k Superannuation (depending on experience) Opportunity to step up into a Marketing Executive / Team Lead role Join a respected, high-quality custom builder in Western Sydney Collaborative, supportive team environment Full time position Ellen Sutton | esutton@marble.com.au | 02 8116 2200 | 0475 931 731 By submitting your CV you agree to have read: marble.com.au/privacy
