The opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, ICT & Digital, the position has accountability for leading a community centred approach to service provision and delivery. The Manager ICT Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organisation’s technology systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The Manager ICT Operations ensures that “the lights stay on” — systems are running, users are supported, and technology enables productivity rather than hindering it. They bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership, balancing operational stability with innovation. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, leader with strong financial, project, and people motivational skills. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing ICT operations teams to deliver high-quality services. Demonstrated experience managing contracts, contractors, vendors, and service delivery partners. Demonstrated experience in ensuring quality standards and maintained and enhanced for team members and ensuring contractors comply with appropriate standards. Demonstrated experience in delivering technology projects and operational improvements in complex environments. Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise and partner with business stakeholders to achieve organisational outcomes. Demonstrated experience in operational cyber resilience. Proven experience in managing teams using values-based leadership with a focus on integrity, demonstrated experience coaching and developing high performing teams.
