About the Team The APAC region is a high-growth market for Workday, and a key pillar of our global expansion. Workday Adaptive Planning solutions are at the forefront of this growth, empowering organizations to transform their financial, operational, and workforce planning. Our portfolio of solutionsâspanning Financials, HCM, and Planningâis helping companies move beyond outdated legacy systems and embrace a new era of enterprise management. This team is the engine of our planning business in APAC. It is comprised of functional solution consultants who are experts in our planning products, who bring the Workday vision to life within a customer's unique business context. The team covers both the ANZ and ASEAN markets, supporting high-growth demand across the region. About the Role To capitalize on the significant opportunities in the APAC market, we're seeking a Solution Consulting Manager to lead our Workday Adaptive Planning pre-sales team. This leader will be an independent self-starter with a deep understanding of the office of the CFO, and will be a strategic business partner to the regional sales organization. You will personally contribute to the business by: Leading a high-performing team of solution consultants in a fast-paced environment. Serving as a trusted business partner to the Workday sales and professional services organizations, helping to shape and execute our regional go-to-market strategy. Innovating our approach to sales engagements, focusing on the strategic value of connected planning, and executive-level storytelling. Ensuring excellence in deal support, demand management, and team skills enhancement. Personally leading critical, complex customer engagements, marketing events and serving as a key executive presence in high-stakes conversations. About You Basic Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience managing or leading a team. Minimum 6 years domain specific experience Experience presenting domain specific solutions in front of a technical and business audience. Experience engaging with the office of the CFO.
