About the Role: We're currently looking for an enthusiastic Mobilisation Manager to lead our mobilisation team based in Hope Valley. In this role, you'll drive the mobilisation of new and existing employees, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient onboarding. Working to create a workforce plan with operations, you'll help ensure our employees and clients receive a seamless experience, from initial engagement through to on-site deployment. We are after people with the following attributes: Effective Communication: The ability to convey information clearly and effectively to all stakeholders, from team members to clients. Problem-Solving abilities: Challenges will arise, and a good mobilisation manager should be able to think on your feet and find solutions quickly. Leadership Qualities: You should inspire and guide your team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the mobilisation team and operations team goals. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers, clients, and team members, is essential. Ethical Integrity: You should uphold the highest standards of integrity, ensuring transparency and honesty in all dealings. Decision-Making Skills: You should be decisive, making choices that benefit the operations, the organisation and our team members In summary, a good mobilisation manager is a blend of technical knowledge, soft skills, leadership qualities, a proactive mindset and someone who thrives on achievement and using their initiative You not only ensure that projects are executed efficiently but also foster a positive and collaborative environment for all involved. Requirements: Lead the mobilisation team in coordinating the mobilisation of new and existing employees Continuously improve the mobilisation process through the systems and process contributing to the development of best practices and efficiencies in mobilisation. Create workforce plans with each operational site to ensure all projects are correctly manned with highly skilled and competent team members. Work with recruitment and HR to align onboarding schedules to meet our clients' needs. Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring all paperwork and compliance checks are completed before mobilisation Ensure all training, certifications and inductions are completed prior to mobilisation. Track mobilisation progress to ensure timely deployment Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients Build an even stronger relationships with our employees, so that Freo Group is the first company they choose to work with.
