Extend Oz is looking to engage experienced Maintenance Gardener Leading hand for urgent start to work with an established and reputable company on projects around Melbourne, Victoria CBD. WE OFFER ABOVE INDUSTRY AWARD RATES plus SUPER. Must have manual license, full working rights. Work is located in the CBD fringe. You must able to get to CBD fringe location for work daily (Toorak, Camberwell, Kensington, etc). Must be less than 45 minutes away from CBD. This role will be leading a small Maintenance Team and reports directly to the Maintenance Manager. Other Duties may include but not limited to: Mowing & edging Cleaning BBQ's Emptying rubbish bins Picking up builders/landscape rubbish Planting & mulching Cleaning grounds using rake, broom, blower and hose Stacking and removal of stakes Manual handling (eg barrowing) Trimming shrubs and cultivating gardens Weed, pest and disease control/identification Workers are paid by Hourly rate plus super (lucrative rate or award level) Required: White Card required Own transport preferred. Experienced applicants preferred.
