Machine Operator - Manufacturing Environment Overview Our client is a reputable manufacturer producing specialised industrial coating and resin-based products for commercial, construction and industrial applications. With a strong focus on quality assurance, workplace safety and continuous improvement, they are seeking a Machine Operator to join their production team. Key Accountabilities Operate and monitor mixing, batching and dispensing machinery to meet daily production targets. Work from production run sheets to collect and stage raw materials from warehouse stores. Complete basic preventative maintenance in line with operational standards to minimise downtime. Maintain accurate production records and communicate operational variances or equipment issues. Adhere to WHS policies, PPE requirements and site housekeeping standards. What You Bring Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. High attention to detail, particularly in quality control and measurements. Ability to work in a hands-on environment, including manual handling tasks. Forklift licence ideal but not necessary . What's on Offer Stable, secure role with a well-established organisation.
