We are searching for a skilled and experienced Logistics & Procurement Manager for our operation team at Shell House in the heart of Sydney's CBD. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing logistics and procurement. Major Goal: To lead and optimise the logistics, procurement, and cellar operations by managing supplier relationships, streamlining inventory processes, and ensuring the timely, cost-effective delivery and storage of goods and services. This role is responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment. About you Excellent presentation and professionalism Always in the detail with great communication skills Sound Logistics and procurement skills and knowledge Solid understanding of hospilitay operation Positive can-do attitude A relevant Diploma qualification or higher is highly desired At least 1 years relevant work experience at a managerial/supervising role is required.
