About the Role We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Loader/ Factory Hand to join the team. This role involves working both in the factory and on-site, assisting with the loading, delivery, and unloading of aluminium window and door products. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a job well, and values teamwork and safety. Key Responsibilities Load and unload products safely in the factory and on-site Secure all items on trucks prior to travel to prevent damage or movement Assist with deliveries , always ensuring excellent customer service Complete paperwork and obtain customer signatures upon delivery Follow safe work practices and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives Support the team with general factory or labouring duties as needed Skills & Experience Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed Commitment to quality workmanship and on-time delivery Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks Forklift licence preferred but not essential Reliable and punctual, with a strong focus on safety and care What's in it for you?
