Lean Process Analyst - 12 month FTC

Description Please note this is a 12 month FTC. Your function: We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Analyst to support leading and executing an improvement program within our Credit and Finance business functions. This role will be instrumental in driving business excellence through implementing lean process whilst supporting members and senior stakeholders to work toward transformational maturity objectives. The successful candidate will be required to work both autonomously and as part of a broader team in the delivery of project outcomes, facilitate co-design sessions, and report progress to senior business and credit stakeholders. Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL. Day to day: Lead and execute Lean-based process improvement initiatives. Facilitate co-design workshops with cross-functional teams to redesign processes and policies. Develop and implement operational techniques that enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Support restructuring efforts through data-driven analysis and stakeholder consultation. Track and report project progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership. Engage and manage stakeholders across all levels, including analysts, team leads, and executives. Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives and compliance standards. Click this link for an overview of all the benefits in your region. “We not only live up to the expectations of our customers for today, but also anticipate their market needs of tomorrow.” Your profile: Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher) – preferred Minimum 8 years’ experience in Lean change, business transformation, or operational excellence. Strong background in finance, credit and / or operations, ideally within regulated environments. Proven experience in process design, policy change, and operational effectiveness. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities. Skilled in project delivery and benefit tracking. Strong facilitation skills for co-design sessions and stakeholder workshops. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related discipline are preferred but not essential. Additional certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), Business Analysis or Project Management are highly regarded.
