As a key member of the Agile Supply Chain Management solution discovery team, the Senior Solution Architect will work closely with internal business stakeholders across various functions, as well as suppliers, to define & continuously align a technical and architectural vision & roadmap with our evolving Supply Chain Management operations strategy. The Senior Solution Architect will also work closely with the delivery team to ensure the right solutions are implemented & delivered to the business on a regular cadence. Let’s talk about Responsibilities The primary objective of Solutions Architecture specialization within IT Applications is to define and design the framework and processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility. Key responsibilities include conception of system interfaces and business application prototypes; identification, analysis and resolution of system design weaknesses; influencing the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework (architecture) used across multiple products or systems; providing multi-layered technical expertise for next generation initiatives. Define a technical & architectural vision and roadmap Work with business stakeholders and suppliers to define high-level solutions Establish critical Non-Functional requirements Evaluate & recommend vendor &/or development solutions Design and plan system implementation, enablers &/or integration Rapid Prototyping Analysis of design decision impact Establish a system framework that enables continuous delivery Follow Agile Architecture Principles Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 10 years of related experience Experience in a similar role as part of a major IT System Transformation Experience working in Agile teams Experience managing vendors Experience with software development teams Experience with ERP solutions (Oracle EBS / Fusion) Preferred Experience with Supply Chain Management Experience with Manufacturing Experience working in a Continuous Exploration or Discovery team Certified SAFe Architect, or equivalent LI-APAC Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
