Our client is a leading top-tier law firm that are seeking a talented and dynamic Lawyer and Senior Associate to join it's Sydney team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to advance their career in commercial litigation, class actions, and regulatory matters. 1. Litigation & Class Actions About this team: This team specialises in major complex commercial litigation and class actions , including high-profile corporate disputes and regulatory investigations. You will work closely with senior lawyers on matters that involve both Australian and international clients. Key Responsibilities: Drafting correspondence, advice, pleadings, and evidence Briefing and liaising with counsel Assisting with internal investigations and regulatory inquiries Supporting clients in responding to inquiries from regulatory bodies Managing both interlocutory and final proceedings Skills & Experience: 2–4 years post-qualification (LLB or JD) Strong commercial litigation and/or regulatory experience Familiarity with Supreme or Federal Court litigation Collaborative, proactive, and client-focused 2. Disputes & Product Liability About this team: This team focuses on disputes arising from large-scale commercial matters , including class actions, product liability, and regulatory issues across sectors like life sciences, consumer goods, automotive, and financial services. You will gain experience working on both domestic and international matters as part of defence teams for leading clients . The team are looking for a Lawyer and a Senior Associate.
