About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to prepare tenders and quotes across both hard and soft landscaping scopes. You'll play a key role in ensuring estimates are accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations - supporting the project team from initial pricing through to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed take-offs, BOQs, and cost breakdowns from drawings and specifications Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing Support project teams during pre-construction and handover Review plans and identify cost efficiencies or design alternatives Manage multiple tenders and project timelines simultaneously Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience estimating within landscaping or construction Strong understanding of landscape construction methods and materials Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings Proficiency with Excel or estimating software (Buildsoft, CostX, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Benefits & Perks: Competitive salary with clear progression opportunities Supportive, team-oriented culture with strong project pipeline Exposure to high-end residential and commercial projects Long-term stability within a reputable, established contractor About the Company: Join a respected Sydney-based landscape construction business known for its quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and long-standing client relationships.
