The Role: Junior Legal Analyst - AI As a Junior Legal AI Analyst at Haast, you’ll sit at the intersection of law and technology -helping to shape the future of agentic compliance automation. This hands-on role blends legal research, implementation, and customer success , giving you the opportunity to apply your legal knowledge while working closely with cross-functional teams to bring our AI platform to life. What you'll do Implementation & Support Analyse and translate regulatory and policy frameworks into clear, enforceable AI rule logic to support compliant marketing and communications. Help deploy our enterprise-grade LLM solutions for new and existing clients. Streamline tedious review processes so professionals can focus on strategic work. Customer Onboarding Create and refine onboarding resources that boost client productivity Help to guide new users through a smooth and efficient onboarding process. Research Monitor evolving regulations and compliance best practices to inform product updates. Conduct targeted legal research to shape AI capabilities and maintain accuracy. Cross-Functional Collaboration Translate client needs into actionable product requirements. Share customer insights to influence product roadmaps and AI model development. Documentation & Reporting Contribute to case studies, white papers, and internal knowledge resources. Track and analyse AI performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. What you'll bring Must-Have Currently studying or recently completed a Law degree (LLB, JD, LLM) or similar legal foundation. Strong legal research and writing skills with the ability to simplify complex regulations. Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities. Great communicator with a collaborative, client-first mindset. Nice to Have Exposure to legal tech, AI, or compliance tools. Experience in marketing approvals, regulatory risk, or compliance projects. Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Trello) or other project management systems. Startup or SaaS experience.
