Passionate about design, detail, and creating visuals that speak volumes? We’re on the hunt for a Junior Graphic Designer with a keen eye, fresh ideas, and a love for fashion to join our in-house creative team across Seafolly, JETS, and Tigerlily. In this role, you will: Support the Art Director and Graphic Designers to create high-impact visual content across print and digital. Design marketing, eCommerce, eDM, and visual merchandising campaigns with flair and consistency. Assist with studio shoot production, including product delivery, asset naming, and file specs. Collaborate on special projects for VM, PR, events, and retail activations. Maintain a clean and organised server, ensuring assets are renamed and stored correctly. Listen to feedback and refine your work to meet creative briefs and deadlines. Stay across design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. What you’ll bring: Graphic Design experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle. Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator. Video editing skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro) are a plus. Strong understanding of visual elements like typography, layout, and colour. Experience designing for both digital and print, with knowledge of formatting for print media. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively. A keen eye for detail and a love for editorial design.
