What You'll Be Doing Processing payments and helping with weekly reports. Following up overdue accounts in a polite, professional way. Helping resolve simple account or payment issues. Doing basic account reconciliations. Assisting with credit applications. Answering customer enquiries via phone and email. Keeping your work area and systems organised. What We're Looking For Some experience in Accounts Receivable or general finance/admin. Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Friendly communication skills and a helpful attitude.
