Our client is a leading homewares and lifestyle retailer known for exceptional service, beautifully curated ranges, and a warm, customer-first culture. We're looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to support their retail stores, online dispatch team, and warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, multi-site role where you'll be the key point of contact for all Cin7-related troubleshooting, system optimization, and day-to-day IT support. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1&2 Cin7 support across all stores, dispatch, and warehouse team Maintain accurate data including product information, inventory levels, barcodes, and workflows Troubleshoot sales, PO, stock, and inventory discrepancies Onboard and train staff Review existing processes and implement improvements Deliver general IT support across multisite locations (hardware, software, POS, email, printers, scanners, networking basics) Set up and maintain devices: laptops, desktops, iPads, label printers, EFTPOS terminals, scanners, etc. Manage user access, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, and password resets Maintain IT asset registers and coordinate repairs or replacements Assist with IT subscription management and system clean-ups Liaise with external IT providers when necessary Support managers and HQ teams with Cin7 reporting, audits, stock takes, and inventory accuracy Review sales data and correct discrepancies while communicating updates to stores Document processes and contribute to procedure update Provide system support for key business events (store openings, stock take, promotional periods) Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions Use strong Excel skills to support reporting and data analysis Skills & Experience Strong, hands-on experience with Cin7 in a retail or warehouse setting (essential) Proven capability in first-level IT support and general troubleshooting High attention to detail with confidence working across large data sets Excellent communication skills, especially when helping non-technical users Experience with POS systems, inventory platforms, or integrated retail technologies Strong problem-solving ability and comfort managing multiple priorities across different sites Ability to work independently and travel between stores as required Must have Permanent Residency to be eligible You will ensure smooth, reliable system operations across all areas of the business. Manage functionality, data accuracy, support POS and IT hardware, and assist teams across stores and HQ with training and troubleshooting. You'll play an integral part in streamlining workflows and driving continuous improvement across the digital platforms. This role is based in Brookvale, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
