The Dental Group is looking for a passionate and skilled IT Support & Systems Lead to join our dynamic team at our Sydney CBD location. The Dental Group includes the Dental Lounge, the Sydney Implant Institute and Dental 99. We are committed to reshaping the way Australians receive premium dental care at competitive prices, while ensuring our patients have a comfortable and welcoming experience. As our dedicated IT Support & Systems Lead for The Dental Group, you’ll be the go-to person for all things tech—providing hands-on support across hardware, software, networks, and systems across all of our dental clinics. You’ll ensure our practices run smoothly, securely, and with minimal disruption, while helping us evolve our digital infrastructure. Key responsibilities: Helpdesk & Support Provide timely support across all sites (in-person remote) Manage user accounts, access permissions, device setups and onboarding Troubleshoot issues with workstations, printers, phones, and clinical equipment Systems & Infrastructure Maintain and monitor network performance, backups, and security protocols Oversee cloud-based systems (e.g. Office 365, HubSpot, VoIP, imaging software) Coordinate software updates and hardware replacements Managing web hosting & data storage End-to-end domain management and liaison with hosting providers Cloud & Systems Administration Administer Office365 (user accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution groups) Oversee cloud-based systems (e.g. Office 365, HubSpot, imaging software) Support integrations with Hubspot and other cloud platforms Vendor & Asset Management Liaise with external providers (e.g. internet, software, equipment suppliers) Maintain IT asset registers and lifecycle planning Support procurement and onboarding of new tech Project Support · Assist with system rollouts, upgrades, and integrations (e.g HubSpot) · Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and training materials · Collaborate with operations team on automation and workflow improvements Requirements We’re Looking For 3 years experience in IT support, ideally in a multi-site or dental clinic setting Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Office365, networking and cloud platforms Familiarity with dental software (e.g. D4W, imaging systems) is a plus Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with web development (wordpress and elementor) is a plus Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot Ability to work independently and prioritise across competing demands Benefits Career Growth Opportunities Competitive Salary Supportive Team Culture Sydney locations close to public transport
