The opportunity We’re seeking an Investment Tax Analyst to join our Tax Team within Corporate Services. In this role, you’ll help develop and monitor our investment tax framework, supporting UniSuper’s commitment to strong governance and compliance across domestic and international investments. You’ll collaborate with internal teams (Investments, Legal, Corporate Services) and external partners (Custodian, Advisors) to ensure accurate tax reporting and the successful delivery of tax obligations. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with investment tax due diligence, advice, and structuring for new and existing investments across all asset classes. Supporting foreign tax obligations and filings. Monitoring tax legislation and market trends, sharing insights with the team. Contributing to the development and improvement of tax policies, systems, and procedures. Fostering a collaborative team environment and supporting the Tax Team’s performance. About you You’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with CA/CPA qualification or legal background preferred. 2–3 years’ experience in superannuation, funds management, financial services, or professional services. Investment tax and international tax expertise. Passion for superannuation and its impact on members’ retirement outcomes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability, decision-making skills, and high work standards.
