As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an exceptional Investment Associate to join our sector-leading Investment Management team. Your Key Responsibilities: In this broad and influential role, you will lead core day-to-day activities across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and analysis to asset management and investor engagement. The key responsibilities have been listed below. 1. Strategy Development Contribute to the organisation’s broader investment strategy Lead research and analysis on markets, trends, and opportunities Develop, maintain, and review financial models, cashflows, and investment feasibilities Support the assessment of new investment and development opportunities Build strong relationships with finance, development, and operations to ensure alignment 2. Strategy Execution Support and lead the execution of real estate transactions Assist with equity and debt capital raising activities Coordinate with internal and external experts (tax, legal, HR, advisors) to deliver transactions smoothly Prepare documentation and analysis to support investment decisions 3. Leadership Guide and mentor team members, including an Investment Analyst Support capability development and succession planning within the team Promote best practice in modelling, research, reporting, and documentation Develop and document key processes and ensure knowledge transfer across the team Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks 4. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with existing and prospective investors Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders across finance, development, and operations Support investor communications, reporting, and information requests Proactively identify opportunities or issues across the investment portfolio Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: 4–5 years in real estate, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capability Commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills Entrepreneurial thinking, curiosity, and a drive for continuous improvement Understanding of real estate investment or development (advantageous) Perks & Benefits At The Living Company, we are all about creating and sharing the good vibes.
