You will work collaboratively with the leadership team and focus on store inventory levels to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers. You'll be surrounded by a dynamic team that’s committed to helping you grow and excel in your role. This is a part-time role and flexibility to work between Monday and Friday is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $ 29.86 per hour for this role. What's involved: Support the store leadership team in trouble shooting and decision making to ensure good stock control Engage and network with suppliers and vendors across all departments Provide great customer experience whilst distributing or stocking merchandise Collaborate and build capability with the store team through careful coaching on maintaining inventory accuracy Ensure inventory accuracy by utilising our various systems to monitor, review, and update stock levels. Who we’re looking for: We’re on the lookout for team members who have an eye for detail and with previous experience in inventory management or warehousing. Familiarity with central systems that enhance stock accuracy is advantageous, as well as a strong desire to learn and grow your skills, always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures. You’ll need: A willingness to learn new inventory management systems and our best practices to ensure optimal stock control and accuracy A keen eye for detail to analyse inventory data, identify trends and discrepancies, and find opportunities to improve stock levels The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time to meet goals and deadlines To be able to take ownership of all customer, supplier and vendor interactions and deliver best experience The ability to act with integrity and communicate feedback through the appropriate channels.
