The Integrity Lead responsible forleading and driving theBureau'sIntegrity function, including its fraud and corruption control program.The role supports Risk, Resilience, Integrity and Audit management to uplift integrity practices and culture across all Bureau Groups and Programs. The Integrity Lead will contribute to the design, development, implementation and continual improvement of the Fraud and Corruption Control framework, polices, procedures and practices, and deliver best-practice Integrity advice to all levels across the Bureau. The Integrity Lead works to the Manager, Risk, Resilience, Integrity & Audit in the Organisational Resilience program. The key duties of the position include Advancing the Bureau's integrity uplift, driving the development of cultural and awareness initiatives and delivery of best-practice advice across the Bureau. Leading the Bureau's fraud and corruption control framework, including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, processes and tools, and templates aligned to best practice and Government policy. Coordinating and advising on the identification, assessment and treatment of fraud and corruption risks in accordance with the Bureau's Risk Management Framework. Undertaking fraud and corruption investigations and inquiries in accordance with the Australian Government Investigations Standards and the Bureau's fraud and corruption control plan. Deliver high-quality, succinct and timely reports on these investigations and inquires. Maintainingknowledge and expertise of relevant legislative, policy, Australian Government standardsand best practice related to fraud and corruption control, and act as an authority inthediscipline. Preparing and delivering high-quality reports with evidence-based recommendationsto committees and senior leadershipon the fraud and corruption control program and the effective management of the Bureau's fraud and corruption risks. Complying with all Bureau work, health and safety policies and procedures, and taking reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of employees, contractors and visitors who may be affected by your conduct.
