The Integration Maintenance Manager provides a whole-system view of maintenance activities, ensuring that works are planned, coordinated, and executed safely and efficiently across interconnected asset systems. You’ll oversee maintenance that impacts multiple disciplines — particularly Mechanical, Vertical Transport, and the Building Management System — ensuring seamless delivery and minimal disruption. You’ll support procurement activities, supervise both planned and reactive work, liaise with operators, manage safety and compliance expectations, and maintain high-quality data within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role also includes participating in shift rotations and representing the maintenance division as Duty Manager when required. Key Responsibilities • Oversee integrated maintenance tasks with a holistic whole-system approach • Support planning and delivery of multi-disciplinary maintenance activities • Take ownership of tasks such as fire testing and other delegated system-wide maintenance • Provide technical scoping input for subcontractor procurement • Supervise planned and reactive maintenance delivery • Liaise with rail operators for day-to-day coordination • Ensure CMMS data is accurate and up to date • Confirm contractors are trained, inducted, and compliant • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and end users • Uphold Zero Harm principles and meet safety and compliance obligations • Conduct site audits, inspections, and ensure corrective actions are closed • Manage maintenance programs, resources, schedules, and workflow • Prepare reports on maintenance performance, compliance, and risk Requirements • Trade qualification or equivalent industry discipline Experience: • Experience supervising maintenance operations in a complex environment • Strong knowledge of building management systems and maintenance practices • Ability to work shifts, overtime, and participate in on-call rotations • Demonstrated subcontractor management and budgeting capability • Experience using project management tools Microsoft Office • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills • Understanding of compliance, OHS&E requirements, Codes of Practice, AS3000, and safe work practices • Experience in rail or other safety-critical industries (preferred) • Knowledge of procurement, budgeting, and contract compliance Benefits • Competitive salary with additional financial wellbeing supports • Generous parental leave wellbeing days • Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity • Clear development pathways and structured career progression • Exposure to one of Melbourne’s most important transport projects • Flexible working arrangements How to Apply Please email your resume to: recruitment@multiculturalconsulting.com.au For further enquiry, please call 0481 758 017 .
