We are working with a leader in global ecommerce solutions headquartered who work with leading brands who need the best multi-country ecommerce solutions to drive their revenues and brands internationally. Our clients platform and solutions helping major brands expand internationally by simplifying everything which allows them to run their business across multiple countries. They are growing fast across ASIA and looking for an Integration Engineer to join their team in Melbourne Australia. Must be based in Australia with PR or Citizenship Integration Engineer We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join our client whose platform integrates leading brands into their platform and also with leading top tier eCommerce platforms. You'd be joining their growing R&D Delivery group in a role with a unique balance of both technical and customer facing responsibilities acting as a guide to a variety of brands and top tier ecommerce players during their integration with our clients leading platform. Responsibilities : Be the technical point of contact and product specialist for ecommerce capabilities and requirements definition and the integration of clients onto their platform Own the implementation cycle working to meet timeframes to complete this for clients and internal teams. Provide troubleshooting and problem resolution for clients Educate clients and provide technical assistance to partners and clients. Implement new features and customer specific requirements working with the development team Support Customer Success and Tech Support teams with live brands. Requirements: Strong English skills to discuss complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in eCommerce or Web-Based environment desirable. 2-4 years in IT Operations or Technical Pre/Post Sales team Exp working with clients in a web-based environment, as a Technical Support, Development or Imp Engineer. Good understanding of HTML / CSS & Exp working with relational and non-relational databases (preferred) Experienced in working with APIs and troubleshooting JSON payloads & debugging tools and analysing logs.
