About the role As a Level 6 Intensive Care Unit and ECMO referral centre, with cutting edge cardiac surgery, Heart & Lung Transplantation and a Level 2 Trauma Service, you will: Provide exceptional care to critically ill patients and their families in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Specialise in General/Neuro/Trauma and Cardiothoracic Heart/Lung Transplantation. Deliver care in a 1:1 and 2:1 patient-to-nurse environment, where you can make a real difference. Utilize advanced current and new medical equipment and technology. Enjoy continuing education and development programs, in a supportive learning environment. About you Currently registered with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency. Experience in Intensive Care Nursing and the holistic care of a sedated, ventilated patient. Proven skills in prioritising competing workloads in a complex environment. Superior teamwork and communication skills. Committed to ongoing professional learning and development.
