Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation systems and refrigeration systems. Conduct system installations and upgrades, ensuring proper equipment functioning. Diagnose system issues using diagnostic tools, technical manuals and industry best practices. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repairs and offering preventive maintenance recommendations. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations, promoting a safe work environment. Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities and parts inventory. Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements Certificate III in refrigeration and air conditioning Electrical disconnect/reconnect (D) permit 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with a strong background in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems. Proficiency in reading drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
