Synergie is seeking a HR Truck Driver for a leading national logistics and freight company located in Braeside, VIC $37.81 Per Hour Super Penalties Ongoing opportunity with a view to permanency Monday to Friday 7AM – 3PM (Must be flexible with Overtimes and weekend as there will be OT and weekend work) What you will be required to do: As HR Truck Driver will be responsible for involves local deliveries in Southeastern Suburbs, ensuring freight is transported safely and efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards. You'll complete pre-start checks, secure loads, manage delivery paperwork, and communicate with dispatch throughout your shift. Safety and reliability are key, along with the ability to work independently and handle early starts or overtime as needed. Operate company HR Vehicles and associated equipment Delivers locally through out Southeastern Suburbs Perform daily pre-start and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment Ensure safe loading and unloading of trucks Interact with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner Follow all safety protocols and company procedures To be successful in the role you will: MUST have HR License Australian Citizen or Permanent Ability to pass medical, drug and alcohol and police check as part of the compliance Commitment to safety Self-motivated Mechanical aptitude Customer service skills Please note should you be successful, this role will require you to undergo medical and police check.
