Job Description About the Role As an HR Systems Project Coordinator , you will support the successful delivery of HR system projects by coordinating activities, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring timely achievement of key milestones. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end implementation of new HR systems , including planning, execution, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with business needs. Support system configuration, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing. Maintain detailed project documentation and monitor progress. Assist with training material development and coordinate user training sessions. Support change management activities for smooth adoption of new systems. Ensure data integrity and assist with system integrations and troubleshooting . Provide post-implementation support .
