Offering 176 rooms and a relaxed restaurant and lobby bar, we are located centrally offering a quintessential Sydney experience. Role Purpose: We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational hotel leadership to join our team. This is a full time position and reports to our Executive Housekeeper. Responsibilities: Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned Monitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the team Empower individuals to ensure best practices are developed and maintained Drive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering our teams to provide service beyond our guest's expectations Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership Compliance with WHS processes and procedures Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of services Assist in on-the-job department and staff training Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures Skills and experience: Your many talents will include: Proven experience in a Supervisory role in housekeeping operations in the hotel industry Strong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating others A passion for developing your team skills in all aspects of onboarding and training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with a guest service focus Your attention to detail is second to none Good organisational and time management skills Ability to work and make decisions under pressure The ability to work across a full-time schedule Please note: You must already hold the relevant Visa status to live and work in Australia - we are unable to offer sponsorship opportunities with this position and are seeking long term commitment to the role so are not able to consider WHV or Student Visas.
