About the Role: The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of the pub's operations, including bar, dining, gaming, and staff management. Key responsibilities include driving profitability, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, implementing operational strategies, and fostering a motivated, customer-focused team. This is a leadership role with real influence over the direction and success of the venue.
